1. Eligibility: Payments made are for merchandise and event-related transactions managed by the ChemPlus team at IIT Madras.

2. Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 14 business days, with delivery or on-campus pickup available within a maximum of 2 months from the order date.

3. Pickup Location: Merchandise must be collected from the designated on-campus pickup point at IIT Madras on scheduled dates.

4. No Refund Policy: All payments are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

5. Transaction Confirmation: A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful payment. Ensure correct details are provided during checkout.

6. Liability: The ChemPlus team is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including logistical or supply chain issues.

8. Transaction Failures: In case of payment failure, the amount, if debited, will be automatically refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 business days as per payment partner policies.

Orders will be processed within 14 business days from the date of confirmation. Delivery will be completed within a maximum of 2 months from the order date.

Shipping charges are minimal or may be waived, depending on the delivery location and order size.

Customers can opt for on-campus pickup at IIT Madras on designated dates.
